5 Bedroom House in McAllen

Swimming pool, no spa, it’s a kiddie pool. Bring the whole family up to 10 guests, to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The space
5 bedroom 3 bath very spacious with a huge back yard. There is a kiddie pool and also an inground pool 3-6 feet deep. 4 TVs (2 ate 70 inch)
The backyard has a 1/2 court basketball court and monkey bars. A large patio is also available for family fun in the shade.
Guest access
The whole house is accessible except for the garage and the storage room and 2 closet used for storing supplies.
Other things to note
There is only 1 cameras on property in entrance to the house ring door bell that works. The other cameras are just for show and do not work to deter unwelcome guests.
The balcony is not available to use. It is actually not a balcony at all. It is a roof. Please do not allow people up the stairs in the roof.

Summary: House was OK. Was listed with pool and spa but were behind a padlocked gate. Bathroom area in master lights and fan didn’t work. Also said there was a work out room but we didn’t see it. There were no directions about where it was or if there was a key for the hot tub access. Rooms were big with large TV’s which was nice.
